Presently in eastern Washington, the catastrophic natural disaster resulting from arson (allegedly), 65,000 Washingtonians are displaced and there are not enough hotel rooms, shelter spaces, or ice bags to meet the cooling needs of those thousands of residents currently displaced in Washington. before they occur.
